Personal Trainer and wilderness adventures trip leader Emily Kritzler is featured in this month’s issue of Bicycling magazine. Emily has been leading our bicycling and wilderness adventures for the past five years. When not in the field, the 28-year-old Columbia Graduate (MS, Exercise Physiology) works as the resident Physiologist for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Manhattan, facilitates team building workshops for corporate groups around the country and teaches community nutrition classes here in Jackson Hole.
Wilderness Ventures’ leaders are far more than guides or instructors. Although their primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and well-being of every student, each Wilderness Ventures leader is a wonderful role model. Our leaders are bright, dynamic, accomplished, and charismatic adults who exude enthusiasm and inspire our participants to achieve their potential in everything they do. They are friends, confidants, and facilitators, and their dedication to our students each summer is a principal reason our programs are so successful.
