Trip Overview
Designed as a stepping stone between our day camp (Base Camp) and a Wilderness Adventures travel program, Campout is a week-long overnight camp experience for students who have completed the 4th-6th grades. Full of the magic that makes summer camp so special, Campout will have campers smiling from start to finish. Archery, fly fishing, backcountry cooking, hiking, canoeing, and swimming (along with a few surprises!) will delight campers.

Transportation is provided for campers to and from Jackson, making this week-long adventure convenient for the whole family. The Portions of this program are operated under permits by the Bridger-Teton National Forest. The June session of this program will take place near Granite Creek. The August session will take place at Green River Lakes.
Campout is open to both boys and girls who have completed the 4th, 5th, and 6th grades. The boys and girls will camp in separate locations and each have dedicated counselors. They will come together during the day for activities and fun.
WA trained trip leaders will serve as Campout counselors. With years of experience under their belts, risk management training, and a fantastic sense of adventure, these counselors promise to make Campout an unforgettable week for all of our campers!
