Itinerary
Kick things off along the dramatic coast of northern Oregon, where you will surf the waves of the Pacific Ocean. Next, rope-up for some rock climbing at Smith Rock State Park, celebrated as the birthplace of American sport climbing!
The journey continues with an epic backpacking trip into the spectacular wilderness of the Eagle Cap Wilderness, navigating mountain passes and discovering high alpine lakes. After a week on the trail, you’ll tackle whitewater waves as you raft down the White Salmon River – one of the nation’s most famous and exhilarating river stretches. Then, learn mountaineering skills from professional mountain guides as you prepare for a summit attempt of Mount Adams!
